While I work with adults, couples, and families facing a broad spectrum of issues in their lives, I specialize in the following utilizing a trauma-informed lens:

  • Building healthy, sustaining relationships

  • Anxiety & depression

  • Couples therapy

  • Navigating life transitions

  • Disordered eating, eating disorders, chronic dieting, and body image support (from an anti-diet, weight-inclusive approach)

  • Dysfunctional family dynamics, navigating family mental illness and/or addiction, co-dependency, and boundary work

  • Grief & loss

  • Substance dependency

  • ADHD assessment & diagnosis

  • Identity development including recovering from fundamentalist upbringings

  • Understanding generational trauma

I work from an intersectional perspective that is based on depth work and relational psychodynamic psychotherapy. Influences in my work include Jungian Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, British Object Relations, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and harm-reduction.

I am LBGTQ+ affirming and deeply committed to anti-oppressive and culturally inclusive work. I am warm, direct, and collaborative, and I strive to provide a safe and healing environment for anyone in my care.

Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.
